When we decided to work full time, but not in any one company, we thought that the best way of communicating this was to coin the phrase "Going Plural".

The idea and saying took off, and lots of companies and individuals asked me for advice, input, or to join their company in some capacity. Clearly this was not possible, however we liked the idea of creating "Going Plural" as a route for people, or companies, to ask for advice or input on line, and we would try to help and reply in a succinct way.
